But remember, don’t overlook the most important part of any weight loss program: your diet. If three times a day you eat a double burger, large fries, and a regular sugar soda, it will be near impossible for you to lose weight in spite of all the good work you’re doing with exercising.

You’ve probably figured this out already because your body will inform you exactly how it feels after consuming a meal.
