I’m trying to figure out how to lose weight fast

I’m sure you’re itching to know what I’m up to suddenly talking about how to lose weight fast. Here’s the story: the other day I found myself in a position to climb two flights of stairs, and it did not end well. By the time I got myself up to the top, I was sweating profusely, wheezing, my face was red, and I felt like I would die. I had to get myself into the bathroom, splashed some cool water in my face, and gazed up into the mirror, and I realized something: I need to lose weight. Fast.

In some ways, I actually feel like I’m turning into my father. He was a ferociously obese man, with a great sense of humor and a strong, pragmatic approach to life. But I tell you, he was big. And these days I’m becoming big as well. Don’t misunderstand, I love my dad, but I really would like to keep myself from reaching 350 pounds. Because once you get that big, there’s not really any way of turning back.

So I’ve been trying to figure out how to loss weight fast. My wife has agreed to do this with me, saying that she wants to lose some weight also, which will no doubt make it easier to succeed on whatever diet plan we decide on. There’s an almost unmanageable quantity of weight loss help out there.

I’ll keep you guys in the loop about how well the diet is going for us. I realize losing weight isn’t going to be easy, but it’s time to make it happen as far as I can see, so I’m really going to be trying hard to learn how to lose weight fast.
