Caring For Your Daily Contact Lenses

Before you put your daily contact lenses in, the first thing to do is to wash your hands thoroughly in warm water and soap. If you cannot seem to persuade your lenses to go in your eyes, you should never force them. Instead, put some contact lens solution in your hand, and gently rub the contact lens in the solution. Then, before you put it back in your eyes, you should put some solution on it and it should go in your eye without any complications.
Anytime you do not wear your cheap contacts, you should always soak them in fresh contact solution. This is especially important overnight, since the solution gets the protein out of your contacts. If you do nott soak them in solution overnight, they can possibly end up causing damage to your eyes.
