Using Free eBooks to Presell Resale Rights Products

Marketing guru Harvey Segal says “If I started in online marketing again I would not bother with creating my own products, I would focus on the very lucrative world of resale rights.”

It’s a recurrent theme in his free ebook The Ultimate SuperTip and he shows the correct way to do it by delivering a concise selection of relevant resale right products as opposed to the typical huge list of inappropriate products.

It’s a short free ebook but packed with great ideas for getting traffic to your site together with a viral twist which has already proved very profitable for me.

If the success or failure of your online business in making money online depends precariously on the whims of the search engines take a tip from Harvey Segal free ebook The Ultimate SuperTip.

Forget about them !

Focus instead on traffic generation strategies which will never let you down - his free ebook shows you exactly what these are.

In this short (37 page) free ebook Harvey has managed to include one unique idea after another on a wide variety of topics starting with his controversial stance on search engines and moving on to:

- Getting traffic to your site
- Preselling with free ebooks
- Preselling with articles
- Autoresponders and follow up campaigns
- Ad tracking
- Affiliate marketing
- ClickBank
- Viral marketing
- PDF book creation
- Ebook rebranding
- Creating niche sites
- Resale rights

He even throws in an amazing viral idea at the end

A brief Overview of the book:

Chapter 1 - Introduction

Chapter 2 - The very best strategy to promote any product. A real case study is presented as well.

Chapter 3 - An ingenious twist that takes this strategy into orbit.

Chapter 4 - The tools that will help you put the strategy into practise immediately.

Chapter 5 - And finally an astonishing viral idea that will put money into your paypal account instantly. (Hint, it’s a 100% affiliate commission payout).

A well written article providing valuable and impartial information about a product can spread like wildfire. Most marketers will then add their product link in the article resource box, but Harvey shows you a better idea in his free book The Ultimate SuperTip.

There is no more powerful way to sell your product than by ‘preselling’ it with free and useful information, typically with a free ebook. Harvey’s ebook The Ultimate SuperTip explains how to combine this with ebook rebranding and article promotion to get massive distribution.
So what is HE selling? There is an an incredible opportunity in the book, (you’ll have to read it to find out about it), that you would be very wise to take advantage of. This might make you think “aha! a catch! I knew it!”, but the most valuable lesson that Harvey teaches is exemplified by the book itself - and that won’t cost you a penny!
Harvey is not hyping anything or even making any hard-sell. He’s doing what he talks about and providing great free information, and showing you how to do the same.
Find out here. Harvey Segal doesn’t even ask for your contact details, just go ahead and download it.

Causes Of Eczema: Things To Avoid

Even with in-depth research into the causative agents of the skin condition eczema, there has been no scientifically proven aetiology. However, there has been demonstrated evidence that there are particular factors that predispose one to eczema. The list below contains some common influences that can lead to the occurrence of eczema.

1. Abrasion of the skin
2. Heated environments
3. Allergic reactions towards house dust mites
4. Wearing rough and irritated clothing
5. Particular fabric washers
6. Exposure to Animal dander
7. Inhalation of smoke derived from cigarettes
8. Perfumed soap
9. Unfiltered or unclean water

From the above list, it may seem that anything in the surroundings may elicit an incident of eczema symptoms. As already mentioned, the mere intake of tap water is sufficient to induce eczema. The above hypersensitivities to various agents in the environment classify eczema into an allergic reaction that manifests on the skin.

Certain individuals are also allergic to numerous food products which have been implicated in leading to an eczema episode in these people, that is why eczema treatments are hard to figure out. In particular, breastfeeding mothers should prevent the intake of all types of dairy products, legumes, seafood or eggs in which case, the infant can induce an allergic reaction which can be fatal.

Eating the aforementioned food products whilst pregnant can also increase the chance of the infant being born with eczema. Children, who are suspected to have eczema, should confirm this by eating a small amount of egg white to observe whether the onset of the skin condition occurs. This can also apply to milk, citrus fruits, legumes or other dairy products. If you discover that your newborn is presenting an eczema episode, immediately terminate expose to its associated risk factors and then observe whether the condition dampens or keeps progressing. In such a situation, it is recommended to retain the dryness of the baby. Although you should ensure that the infant does not overheat from the wrapping of blankets which would only act to flare the condition.

Devoid your baby’s diet of foods such as milk, citrus fruits or juices, all types of dairy products and legumes for a significant treatment and improvement of the condition of the skin.

Laundry washing powder or detergent should also not be used and substituted with something mild for sensitive skin.

Products that lack fragrances can also be readily found in the market where chemical additives and dyes are not incorporated. Clothes composed of wool should not be worn as it can act as barbs against sensitive skin. Individuals wearing wool garments should not carry the baby in their arms.

The exact causative factors of eczema are not properly understood, therefore it is recommended to attempt to avoid those risk factors that have been implicated in eczema. If you or your child is susceptible to eczema, you should implement the appropriate steps to prevent its onset and it is recommended to seek the consultation of a doctor who can assist you further.

COBRA Alternatives - Advantages and Disadvantages

Affordable Health Coverage:

The premium costs for someone contemplating purchasing health insurance under the provisions of COBRA can be prohibitive. Perhaps that is why only 20% of eligible people choose to enter the program. Many of these people are living on unemployment compensation, which makes the idea of paying high health-insurance premiums seem completely out of reach. The people that do not opt in to the COBRA program choose to purchase private insurance plans, or choose to have no insurance plan at all.

The law does not give people much time to make a decision about whether or not they want to use their benefits under COBRA. They only have 60 days after employment separation before eligibility ends. Choosing to purchase private health insurance is a good option for most of these people.

Here are some of the advantages of using COBRA alternatives:

· Affordable medical plans: Premiums are usually less expensive for private health insurance than for premiums under a COBRA sponsored plan. Saving money is important, especially for people who are surviving on unemployment compensation.

· People can choose from a variety of different health care plans. Health insurance agents often have a variety of plans available to people who need insurance. The options and prices vary from company to company. Shoppers decrease premiums by choosing plans with high deductibles and preferred providers.

· Health insurance agents act as liaisons and advocates between the health insurance companies and their clients. They can advise clients on coverage options that are suitable for their needs. Having someone to explain the ins and outs of complicated health insurance process is perhaps the best part of having a health-insurance agent.

Disadvantages of using COBRA alternatives:

· Policies may not have coverage that is as extensive as an employer sponsored health care plan. Conditions like prenatal care and pregnancy are sometimes excluded from private health insurance plans. Employer-sponsored plans usually cover these conditions.

· Private health insurance plans often have exclusions for pre-existing conditions. An employee who continues under their form employer sponsored plan usually does not have a problem with pre-existing conditions being excluded.

· Higher deductibles are common with private health insurance plans. This means the covered person will have to spend more out of his own pocket for certain conditions and treatments.

The disadvantages are relatively few for plans offered through the private sector. In fact, the advantages far outweigh the disadvantages for most people. Those who want to shop for a health-insurance policy need to act quickly to find an agent or company that suits their health insurance needs.

Chiller Evaporators

The chillers evaporator is a heat exchanger that transfers heat from a process or air conditioning water circuit to the chillers cooler liquid refrigerant. Most air cooled chillers in the UK chiller hire market will be fitted with a shell and tube evaporator, a plate heat exchanger evaporator or a coil in tank evaporator. A shell and tube evaporator is used primarily on chilled water applications. When a chiller is fitted with this type of evaporator the chillers cool liquid refrigerant flows through tubes encased in a shell.

The process or air conditioning circuit water fills the shell flowing around the tubes. As heat is transferred from the water to the chillers refrigerant the gas boils inside the tubes and the resulting vapour is drawn into the chillers compressor.

Hot water will enter the shell at one end, chilled water leaving at the opposite end.
A Plate heat exchanger evaporator can be used for chilled water or fluid cooling applications. Stainless steel evaporators are especially suited in food and beverage applications such as batch cooling or potable water systems.

A coil in tank evaporator comprises a coil block, usually copper, with aluminium fins to provide an efficient heat transfer surface. The coil block is then submerged in a chilled water tank which acts as a thermal buffer for the refrigeration system. This type of coil is suited to hire chillers used on process cooling applications, typically reactor cooling systems in chemical cooling, petrochemical cooling & pharmaceutical cooling systems.

Air Cooled Chiller Condensers

The condenser is a major component of a water chiller. The condenser is a heat exchanger that rejects heat from the chillers refrigerant to air. Some chillers are water cooled. A Water cooled chiller gives up its heat into relatively cool water from a cooling tower, air-blast cooler or adiabatic cooler. A typical air cooled condenser fitted to an air cooled water chiller will use axial fans (propeller type) to draw outdoor air over a finned tube heat transfer surface (heat exchanger).

The temperature difference or “delta T” between the hot refrigerant gas that is flowing through the condenser and the cooler outdoor air induces heat transfer. The heat reduction of the chillers refrigerant vapour causes it to condense into liquid. The last part of the chiller condenser is called a sub-cooler. The chiller sub-cooler reduces the liquid gas temperature still further, under its condensing temperature. The air cooled chiller is best suited to chiller hire applications. Chiller hire projects require systems to be delivered and installed quickly with the minimum of fuss.

Tracking Devices Help Parents And Police

Up until recently, I assumed that tracking devices were the stuff of fantasy. After all, I was raised on cold war era movies like most of my generation was. The tracking device was something that James Bond would use to locate the villain. It seemed like such a high-tech apparatus at the time. In a time when computers were large and wimpy, spy devices were practically microscopic and extremely powerful. Obviously, it was hard to believe that such a thing was possible in my lifetime.

Nevertheless, nowadays GPS tracking devices are commonplace. There are many different ways to design a tracking device, and the different ones on the market all serve different purposes. One of the most popular types is the car tracker. One of the obvious advantages about putting tracking devices in cars is that you do not have to be that space efficient. A car thief is not going to inspect every inch of a car’s mechanics to make sure that there is no tracking bug inside it. It would take far too long and almost guarantee that he or she was caught. As such, these cars with tracking anti theft devices tend to be recovered very quickly. The cops can see exactly where the car is and stop it before it can even be stripped.

Of course these types of tracking devices are not just for cops. They are also great for parents. Some of them are actually hidden, but many of them are overt. That way, anyone who gets in the car knows that their whereabouts are being tracked. This is a great way to keep an eye on your teenagers. Tracking teens used to involve phone calls to different people around the neighborhood. It was hit or miss at best. Nowadays, however, you can know exactly where your teen is when he or she borrows the car. This is great for parents who want to keep their kids out of trouble.

Use Paid Online Surveys Reviews to Make Money with Surveys

A large majority of the producers of goods and services in a developed economy wholesale their products to distributors and do not have direct contact with their ultimate customers, the consumers. This creates an awkward problem for them. They MUST know what the people who actually buy their products in supermarkets, department stores, etc. are thinking.

So they hire market researchers to measure consumer opinion and report back their findings. The market researchers use a variety of tools to do this. Probably the most important is the paid online survey. Thousands of these surveys are being made every day. To get survey participants to volunteer, these market researchers arrange for them to get paid for their participation.

That is what sets up the opportunity for you to make money doing paid market research.

So how do YOU get paid to do surveys?

Well, to get paid you have to participate by filling out survey questionnaires. To get started you must first be invited to participate. To get invited you need to get your name, contact info and demographic info (age, gender, zip code, etc.) on file with the survey making people, the ones who handle the mechanics of sending out the surveys and tabulating the results.

All survey makers are not equal. The top 20%, those who offer legitimate surveys, pay well and guard your privacy are the ones you want. The next 40%, the 2nd tier, pay less but are still worth your time. Finally, the bottom 40% either want you to work for free or their primary purpose is to sell you things. Time-wasters all, to be avoided, if you want to make money.

Fine. How then do you find the good survey makers and avoid the bad ones?

The best way is through a paid survey membership site that maintains current lists of good survey makers. There are 200+ of these. Visit a reliable paid online surveys review site to compare the leaders and choose the best. Just click on the link in this paragraph to start…

Weight loss, your health, and how to earn a better life

If you want to get yourself into better shape, then it’s a good idea to buy a decent weight loss guide. There are tons of books you can get at your local bookstore or library that should help you. However, what you want is something simple and easy to follow - not a book full of medical mumbo jumbo. Online guides such as “Burn The Fat” by Tom Venuto tend to be really easy to follow and can help you out a lot. Buying online is also much more convenient, and if it’s an ebook then you can download it immediately.

If you happen to feel down or depressed, then there is a possibility that you also might have yeast infection. Fortunately, it’s easier to get rid of yeast infection than an obesity problem, and I know of at least one very effective yeast infection cure. Just like with weight loss, there are some very good online guides on yeast infection and how to cure it. The most popular one on clickbank right now is still the “12 hour natural cure for yeast infection”, by Sarah Summer.

Before you buy any online product or do business with someone, it’s helpful to get their phone number, so you can do a phone number lookup on them. There are several good online services that can do this for you (the main one is Reverse Phone Detective). Typically, it only takes twenty bucks or so to join, and then you can do an unlimited number of searches.

Disclaimer: Remember to always consult a doctor before following any medical guides.

Wall Liner Water Tanks

In the world of water tanks there are a vast amount of different sized and types of tanks. One such type is the Wall Liner Water Tanks. What is a Wall Liner Water Tank you may ask? Well, quite simply, the wall lner tank is designed for those very narrow spaces at the side of homes and enable people who live in these smaller blocks to have their own rain water supply for drinking.

Coastline Plastics are a very innovative company and subsequently offer three different size wall liner tanks for the consumer. They have a 700 litre, 2,00 litre and a 5,200 litre tank. Amazingly, the 2,000 litre tank can be taken through the front door of houses so that those homes that a squeezed for space can still get one of these into their back yard. This makes this style of tank useful for the older style terraced houses in inner Sydney.

All of these types of tank are designed to the highest possible standard by Coastline Plastics and in fact, they have never had to replace any of the wall liner tanks that they have installed. While the design of the tanks may be unusual (some people think that they are in fact, very creative looking pieces of outdoor furniture), they more than serve their purpose and a very functional.

It is great to see that these days there are water tanks to suit every possible household situation, so that all people can now benefit from harnessing the rain that falls onto their roofs. In particular, given the climate problems facing the world, if every person or household could install one of these tanks, there would be tremendous benefits to the world, not just Australia, or New South Wales. These new slimline tanks are just the answer!
